This site is under reconstruction. The information here is accurate but a new and improved website is being worked on behind the curtain! Your patience is appreciated. A distant relative to Dwight D. Eisenhower, he is an attorney with more than thirty years’ experience in government and the private practice of law. He was appointed to the Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline by Governor in 2019, and he is a Temple Law professor.
Indivisible Project and Indivisible Civics ended 2019 in strong financial positions thanks to consistent grassroots support and careful stewardship of resources. We accomplished our goals of building out our organizing model, holding our first ever National Gathering, and providing groups across the country with the resources necessary to develop effective advocacy campaigns. Ultimately, our investments in the Indivisible movement resulted in a grassroots base that maintained its momentum through 2019, and that is committed to building power nationwide and advocating for structural democracy reform through 2020, 2021, and beyond.
In 2019, Indivisible Civics’ total fundraising was $8.3 million, and Indivisible Project’s total fundraising was $6.6 million. Indivisible fundraising efforts continue to be guided by the underlying fundraising philosophy -- we are driven by small dollar donations, meaning small dollar donations will always be larger than any single foundation or major gift we receive. We don’t accept money from corporations or political parties, and we will decline gifts that restrict our independence or ability to pursue our strategic vision.
