however I would like to guide you some of my experience related with an architect or a draughtsman in a simple way an architect design your home as per your requirements with global environment with north-south, east-west or draughtsman just draw your plan he does not know what is the designing or what are your requirements for living let say on a 5 marla house you are going to spend your precious money 3-4 million( 30-40 Lacs) if your house is not in a new way with designing or with new look you are not going to like it I will recommend you go for a good architect who knows about designing global environment things and living standards and where to put your house windows where you can get air and light.
hence architect won’t charge you much in fact a good architect basically saves your money while construction or while designing your 5 marla house design if a draughtsman charge you for the 5 marla house 5-10k architect will charge you 20-25k that is it.
with is in mind It is not that I am offensive with draughtsman but there work is just to draw the drawing as architect command to do draw not to design they do not know about many things as I mentioned above some of them in simple words
